Our Approach: Building Equity and Stability

Equity-Building Model

Homeowners build equity over time. After the 5 year [or 15 year] deed-restriction period (depending on the unit type), they can sell their home at market value and benefit from appreciation.

Affordable Financing Options

We offer affordable financing options through our lending partners, including down payments as low as 3% (for qualified buyers). Additional loan details will be provided directly by our lending partners.

Owner-Occupied Community

Homes must be owner-occupied during the 5 year [or 15 year] deed restriction period
