FALMOUTH, Maine — The Town of Falmouth highlighted the future Scittery Woods Workforce Housing Project during the closing of the property located behind the Falmouth Police Station off Marshall Drive.
At the closing, Town Manager Nathan Poore spoke with John Finegan of The Boulos Company about the planned development and its role in expanding workforce housing opportunities in the community.
This early milestone helped move forward what is now the Scittery Woods Townhomes development — a 48-unit project designed to provide attainable homeownership opportunities for buyers earning up to 120% of the area median income.
